Where a Session requires a Registration FeeRegistration Fee: any amount charged to reserve a place in a specific live Session, where applicable., the amount and any applicable refund terms will be disclosed clearly at the point of registration, before payment is requested.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varako is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, participation in a Session, or reliance on Informational Content.
